    Hi, I'm Josephine!

    Ran Josephine Abe, MS, RDN

    I work with people struggling with high cholesterol to lower their labs to minimize medication needs and lower their risk of having a heart attack.

    My work with clients is a personal one. I used to have high cholesterol, and I know how SCARY and OUT OF CONTROL it can feel to know that something is off in your body.

    As a nutrition expert, I thought my overall eating was "good enough" for my health. So I was shocked when I found out!

    Being a nutrition nerd, I hit the books on heart-healthy eating and listened to what cardiology experts in the field had to say about nutrition and heart health.

    I tried many food products to help make this transition as fast and easy as possible.

    I spent hours searching and trying recipes to help lower my labs.

    I made some mistakes that I wish I didn't make along the way.

    My hope is to help you avoid making the same mistakes I made so you can find your own sustainable heart-healthy eating faster without struggling the way I did.

    Eventually, I found ways to make heart-healthy eating work in a REALISTIC WAY, even though my life was busy with limited time.

    I didn’t follow an extremely low-fat diet.

    I didn’t go vegan.

    I just.. Started making simple evidence-based changes and saw my labs go down.

    Since then, I've helped many of my clients lower their labs without giving up their favorite foods with a realistic sustainable approach. And I can't wait to share this information with YOU too!
